| Abstract: | The paper summarizes and analyzes the focuses and outcomes of Doha Climate Conference, in particular the key issues of the 2nd commitment period of Kyoto Protocol covering from 2013 to 2020, and has a brief outlook on the new comprehensive and legal-binding climate agreement expected to be achieved in 2015. |
