| 摘 要： | 2005-2009年青岛市出口贸易额处于增长趋势，主要来源为以纺织化工行业为主的出口企业。由于纺织化工工业的污染密集型的特征，量化该产业的出口的环境成本，是调整青岛市外贸发展战略的科学依据。以青岛市李沧区为例，选取CVM（条件价值评估法），调查了李沧工业区环境改善支付意愿（WTP），评估青岛市外贸出口企业的污染成本，调查结果显示：居民平均支付意愿中位值为100，最终得青岛市李沧区环境代价支付意愿为总样本人口·意愿支付中位值·支付率=23686919元。这可为李沧工业区外贸型企业的转型乃至青岛市的出口结构转型提供一些有益的借鉴。

External cost estimate of chemical enterprises in Qingdao by CVM |

| Abstract: | From 2005 to 2010, the export volume of Qingdao city increased substantially, which mainly came from chemical industry. Due to their pollution intensive characteristics, assessing external cost of chemical enterprises could serve as a scientific basis to adjust trade strategies of Qingdao. To cite LiCang District as an instance, we selected CVM to value the WTP of local residents and finally got environmental cost. The average WTP of residents is 100 yuan and total external cost of LiCang District is 23, 686, 919 yuan. This can provide useful references for the transition of foreign trade enterprises and export structure transformation of Qingdao. |
