| Abstract: | Urban refuse already became social effects of pollution,the collection of classified refuse is a precondition to make refuse decrease and innocuity and resource.In this paper take refuse classification for studying example in Gulangyu district,brought forward a new thinking on the project-"three rings for one dot",its nucleus are systems analysis and whole process control. |
