| 摘 要： | 江苏省近几年经济建设发展速度较快，生态环境受到了一定程度的破坏，环境污染成为江苏地区社会发展的重要问题。江苏省环保厅颁布文件要求在各主要市大力开展创建“绿色社区”活动，培养公众良好的环境伦理道德规范，促进和谐社会发展。在分析了绿色社区的基本内涵之后，指出绿色社区应以可持续发展思想为指导，坚持人与自然和谐共生；结合南京市社区环保建设考核标准，提出绿色社区环保建设中遇到的实际问题及其对策。

| Abstract: | In recent years, Jiangsu province economic development grow fast, the ecological environment has got a ceran extent destruction, Jiangsu Province Environmental Protection Bureau promulgate documents and order to develop “the green commumty” activities vigorously in various main cities, raising the public good environment moral rule, and promoting harmonious social development. After describing the meaning of green community, recognizing to focuses on sustainability, persisting in harmony of human and the hature, the questions and the countermeasures are discussed from community environmental construction access standard. |
