基于内容分析法的航空安全自愿报告信息分析

摘    要:航空安全自愿报告是获取第一手安全隐患资料的有效方式之一。通过大量收集各国自愿报告信息,以美、英、韩及我国自愿报告系统反馈信息为样本,运用内容分析法(CAM)分析自愿报告来源、涉及飞行阶段、发生原因及涉及隐患等信息,运用SPSS软件分析各样本的相关性。发现各样本报告主要来源于飞行人员,涉及事件以"人"和"管理"原因为主,所涉及的安全隐患具有一定集中度,主要体现在飞行安全、飞行指导、设备故障或缺陷、安全管理、交流沟通等方面。结果表明:自愿报告信息主要关注人为因素、管理因素、设备故障或缺陷等隐患,安全文化对自愿报告的提交有潜在影响。

Abstract:Aviation safety reports is one of the effective ways for collecting the first hand information on potential safety hazards/dangers.With collecting many confidential aviation safety reports from foreign country systems,choosing callback info of each report system from USA/UK/Korea and China as sample,source of reports,involved flight stage,reasons and potential hazards were analyzed base on CAM,and the relationship between those samples was given by SPSS 17.0.It was found that pilots were the main resource of all samples,reported incidents mainly involved human factors including management,hidden perils of accidents concentrated in the areas of flight safety,flight control,machine failure,safety management,and communication.The results show that confidential aviation reports info focuses on the human factors,management,and machine failure,safety culture has influence on submittal of the confidential reports.
