氢化物发生-原子荧光法测定废气中的锡

摘    要:运用氢化物发生-原子荧光法测定废气中锡的含量,选择了更高效、安全的硝酸-双氧水电热板消解体系对样品进行前处理,调节最佳仪器参数进行测定。研究表明:在0-10μg/L线性范围内,曲线相关系数可以达到0.999 6,方法检出限为0.003μg,加标回收率在92.7%-95.9%之间,RSD≤2.1。氢化物-原子荧光法测定废气中的锡,方法灵敏度高,干扰少,线性范围宽,操作简单、快捷。

Abstract:Using hydride-atomic fluorescence spectrometry determined tin content in the waste gas.Choose a more efficient and safe nitric acid-hydrogen peroxide electric hot plate digestion system for sample pretreatment, adjust the best instrument parameters to determine. Research showed that:in 0-10 μg/L linear range, correlation coefficient can reach 0.999 6, the method detection limit is0.003 μg, the addition standard recovery is 92.7%-95.9%, RSD≤2.1. Using hydride-atomic fluorescence spectrometry to determine tin in exhaust gas has the advantages of high sensitivity, less interference, wide linear range, simple operation, and fast.
