摘    要:目的 检查电子设备是否能承受其工作环境的考验,提高其可靠性.方法 模拟设备在真实环境下的工况,进行振动冲击试验.结果 某机载电子设备振动试验功能失效,通过逐级分析,结合机理分析和仿真验证,定位振动故障原因,并给出设计和工艺改进方案.结论 验证有效,可以作为同类故障处理参考.

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to check whether the electronic equipment can withstand the test of its working environment and improve its reliability. The vibration and shock test is carried out under the condition of simulating equipment in real environment. The vibration test function of an airborne electronic equipment failed. Through step-by-step analysis, mechanism analysis and simulation verification, the cause of vibration fault was located, and the design and process improvement scheme were given. The conclusion is effective and can be used as a reference for similar fault treatment.
