| 摘 要： | 通过环境监测信息控制系统管理环境监测数据,可提高数据管理水平和数据处理质量、速度,可将环境监测信息尽快地转化为决策依据,有利于提高环境管理和环境污染治理决策水平.本文总结了昆明市环境监测信息系统的设计、开发要点并提出了进一步完善的展望.

| Abstract: | By using the environmental monitoring infosystem on computer, can improve the management level and also increase speed and quality of data analyzing, finally it will transfer environmental monitoring information to the dependencies of decision-making as quickly as possible,it's propitious to improve manage and pollute rule level. This article summarizes the course of plan and exploitation point in Kunming's environmental monitoring onfosystem, then bring forward some expand view. |
