| 摘 要： | 城市是人类物质文明和精神文明的集中地。一旦在毫无防备的情况下发生灾害,将造成无法估量的生命和财产损失。因此,城市防灾减灾已成为当今世界减灾工作的主题。本文重点从城市规划工作的角度阐述城市综合防灾减灾的相关对策。

So preventing and reducing calamities in cities has become the theme of the modern world. This paper focuses on some general ways to deal with such occurrences from the point of city planning. |
