天津市海洋环境风险综合评价研究

摘    要:评价结果显示:天津海域总体上处于中低风险态势,中低风险海域面积分别约占海域面积的59.18%和24.90%;高风险海域占海域面积的比例为15.92%,碎片化地分布于近岸的汉沽大神堂牡蛎礁海洋特别保护区、北塘旅游区、大港湿地、天津港、南港工业区等敏感或重点海域.评价成果可为天津海洋环境风险管控、海域资源使用配置、海洋环境保护规划等提供有益借鉴.

Abstract:The evaluation results indicate that the Tianjin's sea areas are generally faced with a low to moderate level of risk, those sea areas at low and moderate risk comprising 24. 9% and 59. 18% respectively of the total sea area, whilst the sea area at high risk occupies 15. 92%. The fragmented areas are distributed across sensitive or key sea areas such as in shore HanguDashen-tang Oyster Bioherm Special Marine Protected Areas, Beitang Tourism Region, Dagang Wet Land, Tianjin Port and the Nangang Industrial Zone. The evaluation results may provide useful guidance in arenas such as risk management and control of the Tianjin marine environment, utilization and allocation of sea area resources and for the protection and planning of the marine environment.
