摘    要:目前,翻新、改装、重装家居屋舍俨然已成为一种"时尚"和"潮流",建筑装修垃圾排放量与日俱增,似有"围城"之势,但却鲜有人研究其资源化途径。通过大量文献综述和多次实地调研,较全面地剖析了我国建筑装修垃圾的管理现状,并对其产生来源、分类与特点进行了概括和解读,发现建筑装修垃圾成分极其复杂、波动性大,不应沿照一般建筑垃圾处置模式进行资源化加工和利用,前端分拣管控迫在眉睫,通过进一步对比生活垃圾的成分特点与资源化途径,指出建筑装修垃圾前端分拣的可行性,并对其资源化处置办法进行了探讨。

Abstract:At present, refurbishment, refitting, and reshipment of houses have become the fashion and trend. The amount of decoration waste is increasing day by day and the citizens almost live in a garbage city, but currently there are few studies on its resource utilization. Through a large number of literature reviews and many field investigations, this paper comprehensively analyzed the management status of construction and decoration waste in China, summarized and interpreted its generation sources, classification and characteristics, and found that the composition of construction and decoration waste was extremely complex and volatile. It should not be processed and utilized as resources according to the general construction waste disposal mode, and the front-end sorting control was imminent. By further comparing the composition characteristics and recycling approaches of domestic waste, this paper pointed out the feasibility of front-end sorting of building decoration waste, and discussed its recycling disposal methods.
