连续流动分析法测定地表水中总氮

摘    要:采用50 mm流动检测池,建立了连续流动分析法测定地表水中总氮。方法检出限为0.02 mg/L,水样加标回收率为100%~101%,平行样品相对偏差为0.10%~0.27%,精密度(RSD,n=6)为0.72%~1.10%。实验结果表明,该方法准确可靠、灵敏度高、重现性好、分析速度快、操作简便,适用于地表水中总氮的分析。

Abstract:A method was developed for detecting total nitrogen in surface water samples by continuous flow analysis which equipping 50 mm flow detection cell.The detect limits of this method is 0.02 mg/L.The recovery rate is ranged from 100% to 101% with precision of 0.72%~1.10% RSD(n=6),and the relative deviation of the parallel samples was 0.10%~0.27%.The results show that the method is sensitive,accurate,reproducible,fast,easy and suitable for the determination of total nitrogen in surface water.
