摘    要:采用填料塔对铁盐溶液吸收 H2 S的过程进行了初步研究 ,考察了气液比、填料层高度、吸收温度、Fe3+浓度、进气 H2 S浓度和 H+浓度等因素对 H2 S去除率的影响。结果表明 ,气液比、填料层高度和吸收温度对吸收效率的影响比较显著。通过正交试验选出最佳工艺条件 ,在此工艺条件下 H2 S的去除率接近 10 0 %。

Abstract:The absorption of H 2S by ferric salt solution in a filled tower was preliminarily studied.The influences of different factors such as gas/liquid ratio,height of filling layer,absorption temperature,Fe 3+ concentration,H 2S concentration in inlet gas and H + concentration on the removal effciency of H 2S were examined .The results show that the influences of gas/liquid ration,height of filling layer and absorption temperature are more significant.The removal efficiency of H 2S reaches near 100% under the optimum conditions selected via orthogonal test.
