| 摘 要： | 30Cr4SiMoRe钢经超饱和渗碳淬火+低温回火处理后,用SEM扫描电镜观察发现:渗碳层组织由马氏体、残余奥氏体和超细碳化物构成;剥层分析实验表明:表面渗层含碳量高达1.9%;X射线衍射分析确定其碳化物主要为(Fe,Cr)7C3和Mo2C;且超饱和渗碳层的表面硬度达HV0.11 057。
