地铁土建工程风险管理的思考

摘    要:风险管理理论提供了前瞻性的安全管理方法,越来越得到人们的重视和广泛应用,其实质是以最经济合理的方式消除风险导致的各种灾害性后果。本文结合企业安全管理工作实际,简要地阐述了在地铁土建工程建设中开展安全风险管理的必要性,通过建立地铁土建工程的监测、评估、预警、应急体系以及一些可靠的管理方法,可以预防和减轻地铁土建工程风险,以达到降低风险等级的目的。

Abstract:Safety and risk management is an advanced safety management method to be paid more and more attention and widely used. The key is to eliminate the bad consequences caused by all risks by the most reasonable way. Combining the practical enterprise safety management work, the paper elaborated the necessity of setting up the safe risk management in the subway construction. By establishment of the monitoring, valuation, early warning, emergency system and some dependable management methods , we can prevent and reduce the risk of engineering in subway construction, so as to attain the purpose to lower the risk grade in subway construction.
