| 摘 要： | 针对大吨位冲天炉的烟气治理技术难点 ,采用布袋除尘器前增设调温器、优化取风口设计、建立适合的实时控制数学模型等措施 ,研制出一套较完备的冲天炉烟气治理系统 ,在大吨位冲天炉烟气治理方面取得突破性进展。

| Abstract: | A self contained treatment system of cupola flue gas is developed to solve the tough problems of purifying the flue gas from a large sized cupola.The following measures are adopted:install a temperature regulator in front of a bag deduster; adopt a optimum design of tuyere; set up a suitable real time control model etc.the technology is a breakthrough in treating the flue gas from a large sized cupola. |
