摘    要:为促进资源利用和环境改善,拓展空心微珠的开发空间,文章概述了其种类、组成和理化性能.空心微珠的生产工艺主要有干选和湿选两大类.粉煤灰空心微珠在建筑材料、化学工业、温控材料、功能材料等方面有较多的开发应用.空心微珠经化学镀、化学气相沉积等手段进行表面改性后,性能更加优越,可用于环境保护、制药行业,还可用作发泡材料、示踪粒子等特殊功能乃至航空、航天等高科技领域.空心微珠质轻、稳定、耐磨、耐热、强度高、耐腐蚀,用途广泛、前景广阔.建议加大政策支持和研究投入;开发新材料,增大附加值;探讨治理水体污染的可能性.

Abstract:In order to improve the use of source and environment, and expand the developable space of hollow fly - ash beads, the paper summarized its sorts, contents, physical and chemical function. The technology of production of hollow fly - ash beads mainly include dry separation and wet separation. The hollow fly - ash beads has more application in building material, chemical industry, control material of temperature, functional material and so on. Hollow fly - ash beads has more superiority capabilities and utilizations after surface embellish by chemical plating or chemical vapor deposition, such as environmental protection, pharmacy, and as the material of froth, the particles of follow tracks, even aviation, spaceflight areas. Hollow fly - ash beads has light mass, stable, wear-resisting, heat proof, high strength, corrosion preventive, and widespread application, broad prospect. It should increase support of policy and devotion of research, develop new material, improve additional value, discuss the ability of which dedicate the polluted water.
