摘    要:低低温电除尘技术是实现燃煤电厂节能减排的有效技术之一,可进一步扩大电除尘器的适用范围,满足新环保标准要求,并可去除烟气中大部分的SO3,此技术在国外得到了工程实践的考验,国内也正进行有益的探索和尝试,已有600MW机组的投运业绩。文章归纳了低低温电除尘技术的发展及技术特点,分析了该技术的研究现状,列举了国内外工程应用案例,对该技术的核心问题及对策措施进行了探讨,为我国燃煤电厂低低温电除尘技术的应用和发展提供了借鉴。

Abstract:The electric precipitation technology with low-low temperature is one of the effective technologies in realizing energy saving and emission reduction in the coal-fired power plant. It can further extend the applicable scale of electric pre-cipitators, meet the requirement of new environmental standards, and can remove off the great mass of SO3 in flue gas. The technology shows the proof of engineering practices abroad, the helpful exploration and attempt in the country and the opera-tion achievement of 600MW generating set. The paper sums up the development and technical characteristic of the electric precipitation technology with low-low temperature, analyzes the research status of the technology, enumerates the cases of engineering application at home and abroad, probes into the core problem of the technology and countermeasures so as to provide the use for reference in the application and development of the electric precipitation technology with low-low temperature in the coal-fired power plant of the country.
