| 摘 要： | 针对1509号台风"灿鸿",2015年7月10日至14日,中国气象局组成联合调查组,选取浙江省宁波市区、余姚、象山,舟山市区和朱家尖等地一些典型受灾点,对"灿鸿"的预报服务情况、灾害影响情况等进行了详细的现场调查和致灾原因分析。台风"灿鸿"造成浙江受灾严重的原因主要包括:降雨强度大、大风持续时间长是致灾严重的主要原因;强降雨与前期梅雨偏多的叠加效应加重了洪涝灾害;当地孕灾环境特征和2015年强台风影响相对偏早也是造成浙江受灾的重要原因。

Disaster Investigation and Causation Analysis of 1509 Typhoon CHAN-HOM |

| Abstract: | A joint investigation group was organized by China Meteorological Administration for the disaster of typhoon CHAN?HOM. And from July. 10 to July. 14,2015, a detailed field investigation and disaster causation analysis of forecast services and disaster repercussions was made in such typical disaster?stricken areas as Ningbo city proper, Yuyao, Xiangshan, Zhoushan city proper and Zhujiajian. Analysis of the disaster causation indicates that the heavy rainfall and the long?lasting gale comprise the major causes for the severe disaster, the superimposition of the rainstorm and the abundant plum rain aggravates the flood, and the local disaster?formative environment and the relatively early coming of typhoon are considered as an essential cause for the disaster in Zhejiang. |
