| 摘 要： | 从河流使用的外部不经济的角度研究了农村河道淤积、河流污染的经济本质,把环境问题与经济问题接轨,设计了4种市场化模式对农村河流环境进行长效管理。最后实证研究和分析了汉留镇“以地养河”的河道清淤、保洁市场化模式及其产生的经济、社会及环境效益。

| Abstract: | The economic essence of river pollution and stagnation in countryside was analysed for the purpose to coordinate environment matter with economic issues. Four marketization models were established to effectively manage the river environment. Finally the marketization of river dredging and cleaning as well as its social and environment benefits was discussed by taking an example in a town of Yangzhou City. |
