| Abstract: | By discussion about one chemical leak causes which is led to by rupture of the tank, it proves that the sodium hypochlorite and hydrochloric acid are incompatible. It is suggested that the design engineers and assessment engineers should master the relevant safety standard and design specification thoroughly for correct design. The use company should learn from the accident and prevent the similar accidents. |
