摘    要:为进一步揭示高水无机材料抑制煤自燃机理,将其更好地应用于煤矿防灭火领域,开展高水无机材料流动渗透性能实验与高水无机材料抑制煤堆自燃实验,研究不同水灰比和不同空隙率条件下高水无机材料浆液流动渗透规律和高水无机材料浆液煤堆自燃降温规律。结果表明:高水无机材料浆液的水灰比和煤块间的间隙宽度对其流动渗透性能有显著影响,煤堆不同径向距离处的温度均呈现出开始迅速降低、之后缓慢降低的2个降温阶段。三河尖矿防灭火工程实践应用表明水灰比28∶1的高水无机材料浆液有较好的防灭火效果。

Abstract:In order to further reveal the mechanism of high water inorganic materials to inhibit the spontaneous combustion of coal,and better apply it in the field of fire prevention and extinguishing in coal mines,the flow permeability performance tests of high water inorganic material and the tests of high water inorganic material to inhibit the spontaneous combustion of coal pile were carried out.The flow permeability laws of high water inorganic material slurry and the spontaneous combustion cooling laws of coal pile with the high water inorganic material slurry under different water cement ratios and different voidage were studied.The results showed that the water cement ratio of high water inorganic material slurry and the gap width between the coal blocks had significant impact on the flow permeability performance,and the temperature at the positions with different radial distances of the coal pile presented two cooling stages of rapid decrease at first and then slow decrease.The practical application of fire prevention and extinguishing engineering in Sanhejian mine showed that the high water inorganic material slurry with the water cement ratio of 28∶1 had better fire prevention and extinguishing effect.
