摘    要:介绍一种检测大气中单个气溶胶粒子的方法(薄膜法),这种方法是用电子显微镜观察单个粒子的形态特征或粒子与特定试剂反应生成物的特征,根据这些特征来确定粒子中所含成分.并且可以根据采集粒子时的抽气速度、采集时间和粒子的捕捉率推算出空气中粒子的分布,这种方法不仅适用于地面观测,也适用于气球或飞机进行高空观测。

Abstract:A thin film method was introduced. It was applicable for the detection of individual atmospheric aerosol particles by using electron microscope. The particles could be identified through the morphologies of themselves or the products of the reactions between the particles and chemical reagents. From the distributions of the particles on the film, it was possible to deduce the distributions of the particles in the atmosphere based on the electric pump rate,the sampling time and the collection efficiency. This method is applicable not only for surface observation but also for balloon and aircraft observation.
