环保多功能沥青除冰路面一体化设计研究

摘    要:依托湖北杭瑞高速公路工程,为降低沿线行车通过居民区带来的噪音污染,解决冬季路面积雪薄冰带来的行车安全问题,以具有一定结构除冰性能的高连通孔隙沥青路面材料为基体,选用橡胶高黏度改性沥青,并掺入环保型化学抑冰剂,开发设计具有除冰、降噪、抗滑功能材料路面。以不牺牲路用性能为前提,通过测试动稳定度、冻融劈裂强度比、飞散损失、抗剪强度等,确定环保型化学抑冰剂的掺量。同时利用驻波管法、手工铺砂法及轮碾法测定空隙率分别为16%、20%、24%、28%的路面材料除冰性能、降噪性能和抗滑性能。测试结果表明,当环保型融雪除冰剂的掺量为2%,空隙率控制在20%左右时,高连通孔隙沥青材料的路面使用性能最佳,具有较好的除冰性能、降噪性能和抗滑性能。

Abstract:The present study aims to introduce a new approach to reducing expressway noise pollution caused by the roadside traffic and relieving the traffic hazard caused by the snow-ice sliding in winter days by taking the Hangzhou-Ruili Expressway construction project as our case study.In proceeding with our research,we have done a series of experiments and tests for our goals by using high-sticking porous asphalt pavement material to lower the traffic noise by using modified high-viscosity rubber asphalt and environment-friendly organic-inorganic composite deicer to increase the skidding and sliding resistance so as to heighten the de-icing function of the road.In our experiments,we have repeatedly tested the dynamic stability,the freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio,the loss of sliding,shear strength and other parameters concerned so as to determine the appropriate dosage of environment-friendly organicinorganic composite deicer.And,the eventually,the testing results prove that the pavement performance of the innovated composite pavement asphalt material can reduce the skidding and sliding rate by about 20%.Moreover,if the environment-friendly snow-ice melting agent was added by over 2%,all the pavement performance would be likely to decrease,especially for water stability.Furthermore, if the added quantity of the snow-ice melting agent was over 4%,the freeze-thaw split ratio would be dropping to less than 80% of the original.And,then,when we tried testing the noise reduction,skid resistance and de-icing function by trying pavement materials with a standing wave tube,together with the sand-spreading method and wheel grinding method,we have found that the porosities of our testing material were to be 16%,20%,24% and 28% respectively in comparison with the AC-13,SMA-13 asphalt pavement material.We have also discover that,when the voidage is 24%,the sound absorption effect and the deicing performance tend to be the best.Moreover,with the increase of the voidage,the skid resistance tends to get better alongside.The results above demonstrate that: the high-connectivity porous asphalt pavement materials would reach their optimal performance of noise reduction,skid resistance and de-icing functions on the condition that the added dosage of the environment-friendly organic-inorganic composite deicer should be 2%,with the porosity being about 20%.Thus,it can be seen that the new approach developed by us to reduce the roadside traffic noise and enhance the traffic safety and security by adding skid resistance and deicing in winter turn to be promising and applicable for future superhighway construction.
