| Abstract: | In the paper the authors put forward and analyse a pattern for water property right transaction market based on contacts. The contract should be standardized and bound by laws. It should also stipulates where and when to deliver and receive a certain amount of water goods. It normally includes transaction unit, transaction price, transaction time, the limit of transaction price within a day, the last transaction day, delivery method and delivery sites, etc. In the end the authors analyse that water property right transaction market based on contracts may play a great role in solving water shortage and promoting national economic development. |
