摘    要:镍是国家严格控制的一类污染物,采用化学沉淀法对汽车涂装废水进行除镍的试验研究。结果表明:投加氢氧化钙300mg/L,pH控制在11.0左右时,镍的去除率可以达到90.5%,出水完全满足《上海市污水综合排放标准(DB31/199)》。

Abstract:Nickel is one of the first category pollutants by strictly controlled,removing nickel from coating wastewater of automobile manufacturing by chemical precipitation treatment was studied. The result shows that nickel removal ratio may reach 90. 5% with the dosage of Ca(OH)2 of 300 mg/L and pH of 11. 0,and the effluents fully meet < Integrated wastewater discharge standard(DB31 /199 - 1997) > .
