摘    要:采用液相催化氧化法和穿流式筛板吸收塔进行了规模为1000m3/h烟气脱硫热态试验。结果表明,当吸收液为浓度01M的Fe2++Mn2+水溶液,烟气风量在818~1418m3/h,液气比为1L/m3,SO2入口浓度在787~7821PPm范围内脱硫率可达49~69%。穿流式筛板塔具有处理能力大、阻力小、不易堵塞、结构简单、传质效果好等特点

Abstract:Thermal state experiments of flue gas desulfurization have been carried out by liquid catalyzed oxidation and sieve plate absorption tower with treatment capacity of 1000m3/h.The results show that the rang of desulfurization efficiency is 4969% at the following condition the absorbed concentration of Fe2++Mn2+ is 01M,the rang of wind rate is 8181418m3/h,the ratio of flow rate of liquid to vapor is 1L/m3,the rang of inlet concentration of SO2 is 7877821 ppm sieve plate absorption tower has many advantage characterizations such as large treatment capacity,small resistance,difficult to be occluded,simple structure and good mass transfer,effect.etc..
