摘    要:本文采用液膜法去除并回收水中Cr(Ⅵ)。对膜溶剂、载体、稳定剂的种类及用量进行了优选。用优选出的膜配方制成乳液处理含Cr(Ⅵ)水样,对制膜速度及时间、混合速度及时间、内外水相pH、膜内比及乳水比等操作条件对Cr(Ⅵ)去除率的影响进行了研究。

Abstract:In this paper,removing and recovery of Cr (Ⅵ)with emulsion liquid membrane is described. Components of liquid membrane,including memdrane solvent,carrier and surfactant,are optimized. The effects of some factors such as PH of internal and extranous phase,dose of carrier,the time and stirring viloc.ity of emulsion-causing and of mixing emulsion and extranous phase,the rate of membrane phase and internal phase,the rate of emulsion and extranous phase,on the results of removing Cr(VI)are tested. The study indicate:the removing rate of Cr(Ⅵ)is over 95%.
