摘    要:研究以DB-624交联石英毛细管柱分离,微电子捕获检测器-顶空气相色谱法测定水中三氯乙醛的应用,与以往的方法相比,准确可靠、省工省时省试剂,符合"绿色分析化学"的要求。最低检出限为0.2μg/L,标准偏差为0.028μg/L,相对标准偏差为6.0%,加标回收率为88.7%~109%。

Abstract:The application of determining the chloral in water using the method of capillary column cross - linked to DB - 624 separation and micro-capture deteetor-Headspaee Gas Chromatography is studied, compared with previous methods, which is accurate, reliable, labor-saving, time-saving, reagents-saving, and in line with the requirement of "green chemistry". MDL is 0.2 ug/L, SD is 0. 028 ug/L, RSD is 6.0% and the recovery of standard addition is between 88.7% -109%.
