摘    要:简要介绍微波化学工艺的反应机理和技术特点,以现有理论为基础,借助工程实践初步探讨微波化学工艺对电镀废水的处理效果。通过广东省某电镀废水处理厂对微波化学工艺的实际应用表明,该技术工艺具有投资少、调试期短、运行费用低、处理效果显著等优点,具有较好的经济效益和环境效益。同时,又可以实现污水回用及废水资源化,符合国家环境保护政策,电镀废水经处理后,出水水质能够达到广东省DB44/26--2001《水污染物排放限值》一级标准。

Abstract:The reaction mechanism and technical characteristics of microwave chemistry process were summarily introduced. By the method of theory and practice,the effect of electroplating wastewater treated by the technology of microwave chemistry was initially discussed.The engineering application of microwave chemical process in an electroplating wastewater treatment plant of Guangdong Province can show that it has lots of advantages such as less investment, the short duration of staying, lower running cost, significant treatment effect and good economic and environmental benefits.With the help of it the sewage and waste water can be changed into resources,so it is in line with the state environmental protection policies,The effluent indexes achieves the first grade standard of "The water pollutant discharge limit of Guangdong province DB44/26-2001 ".
