| Abstract: | By using of Fault- Tree analysis method (FTA), a flash fire accident during filling of the tank car was analyzed technically. Aimed at the hidden risk existed in the transferring oil stations, the rectify- ing and improving measure was put forward to prevent similar accident from occuring. |
