高锰酸钾对染料废水的脱色研究

摘    要:研究了影响高锰酸钾对染料废水脱色的有关因素,结果表明,脱色反应的最佳PH值应小于1.5,高锰酸钾的浓度对脱色效果显著。

Abstract:The decolorization of dye wastewater with potassium permanganate was studied. The results are that the best pH value for decolorization is below 1. 5 and the concentration of potassium permanganate has significant effect on decolorization. Twelve kinds of simulated dye wastewater, separately prepared with reactive, acidic, direct and cationic dyes, were decolorized. The result shows that potassium permanganate has obvious effect of decolorization on the most of dye wastewater. The result of total organic carbon shows that potassium permanganate can't degrade dye wastewater completely.
