摘    要:
建立球形容器与管道、2个球形容器与管道组成的2种形式的连通容器试验装置,研究初始压力对连通容器甲烷-空气混合物泄爆压力的影响。结果表明:连通容器内泄爆超压随初始压力增加而增大,并与初始压力近似成线性关系;对于2个球形容器与管道组成的连通容器,起爆容器的泄爆超压始终小于传爆容器;泄爆方式和点火方式对连通容器泄爆超压有较大影响,大容器点火时,2个容器的泄爆压力差随初始压力增加而增大,但小容器点火时,2个容器的泄爆压力差随初始压力的增加变化较小;初始压力对不同结构和尺寸的连通容器的泄爆压力的影响不同,当令初始压力对大容器点火时,小容器内泄爆压力受影响最大,而当对单球形容器与管道组成的连通容器的小容器点火时,小容器内泄爆压力受影响最小。

Abstract:
This paper intends to bring about its study results of the effects of the initial pressure on the potential risk of methane and the air mixture vented explosion pressure in the linked vessels.For our research purpose,we have set up a system of the gas fuel explosion with the linked vessels,the pressure sensor and the computer,in which the two kinds of connected vessels,i.e.the two spherical vessels are used to connect the spherical vessels with a pipe.The volumes of the two spherical vessels are respectively equal to 22 L and 113 L,with their equal length being 2 m,individually.Then,a series of experiments we have done prove that the proper concentration of the methane in the mixed gas stands for the ten percent of the total volume.In so doing,when the linked vessels turn to be vacuumed by using a vacuum pump,the mixed gas would be filled in at the amounts of 0,0.02 MPa,0.04 MPa,0.06 MPa,0.08 MPa,respectively.A few minutes later,it would be possible to use 6 J energy of ignition to ignite the mixed gas.The investigation and experiment results demonstrate that the vented explosion tends to increase with the initial pressure in the linked vessels in the approximately linear relation.In addition,for the two spherical vessels connected by the pipe,the vented explosion pressure in the primary vessel should always be less than that in the secondary one,for the difference of the vented explosion and the ignition position tend to have a great impact on the said explosion.Nevertheless,the vented explosion difference tends to decrease with the increase of the initial pressure when the smaller one is ignited.Moreover,the initial pressure has a different influence on the structure and the size.And,so,the initial pressure has to be the most influential factor of the vented explosion in the smaller vessel with the ignition in the bigger one.Thus,for a spherical vessel connected to a pipe,it has the least effect on the vented explosion in the smaller vessel when the ignition position is located therein.
