基于容量损失的交叉航路高度层分配

摘    要:我国空中交通网络越来越复杂,航路交叉点附近的冲突日益增多,调配冲突时需令航空器改变高度层,这却会导致航路容量损失。计算了航空器改变高度层时对其他高度层造成的容量损失系数,并在此基础上以最小化容量损失为目标建立模型,设计了启发式算法,以航路交叉点附近的4架有冲突的航空器为例进行仿真计算。仿真结果表明,该模型可以根据航路各高度层实时飞行流密集情况,求出使航路总容量损失系数达到最小的航空器避让方案,从而减少航路上的容量损失,提高空域资源利用率。

Abstract:The paper is aimed to make a deep-level study on how to assign and control the optimal flight level in case of the crossroute based on the capacity loss to mitigate the on-route conflicts in a crossing point region.As a matter of fact,avoidable or unavoidable,the conflicts of the en-route crossing region have been increased in recent years due to the complication of the air traffic network as well as the fast development of the modern aviation business.To minimize the capacity loss and avoid such conflicts,the paper has made an investigation of the complicated situation and worked out the en-route capacity with no taking into account the crossing point and changing the flight level at first.And,secondly,we have worked out all the influential factors of the capacity loss based on the aforementioned three capacity situations in a comprehensive way and established a model for the aircraft operation based on the capacity loss and the operation situation in-situ of the aircraft in flight while taking into full consideration the need to change the flight level.Furthermore,we have also laid out a heuristic algorithm for this model in accordance with the conflict detection.The intended operation situation in-situ model should be done in the following procedure:at the beginning,it is necessary to choose the data of density of the air flow,en-route length,the crossing angle,the climbing angle and the velocity control manner,etc.Furthermore,it is necessary to work out all the influential factors of the capacity loss of the four aircrafts that are concerned when changing the flight level in a crossing point and calculating all the influential factors of each involved method.And,finally,detailed analysis has to be done which methods for the flight level changing can help to minimize the chance conflict probability of the target-based flying vehicles on the capacity loss.The professional unit has been referred to as the optional data,which can be simulated by the above said Matlab model and algorithm.The results of our simulations suggest that the best method is to order an aircraft to climb up two flight levels whereas the other aircraft to descend two flight levels,which helps to minimize the factor of the capacity loss.Thus,it can be concluded that this model we have developed can help to best visualize the method of avoiding conflicts on the basis of the en-route real-time air flow density so as to optimize the loss of capacity when changing the flight level and in turn to heighten the availability of the airspace resources.
