摘    要:将奥尼罗非鱼分别投放到富营养、中营养和贫营养水体中,研究其消化酶和谷胱甘肽S-转移酶活性及控藻效果.富营养水体中奥尼罗非鱼消化酶活性均值最低,富营养水体中胃及肠中蛋白酶活性显著低于中营养和贫营养水体(p<0.05),3种水体中胃及肠中淀粉酶活性没有显著差异(p>0.05).富营养、中营养和贫营养水体中罗非鱼谷胱甘肽S-...

Effects of Water Nutritional Level on Digestive Enzyme Activity, GST Activity and Algae Control Efficiency of Tilapia Oreochromis Niloticus × O.aureus

Abstract:In order to researching digestive enzyme activity,GST activity and algae control efficiency of Tilapia Oreochromis niloticus ×O.aureus,put the Tilapia in eutrophic,mesotrophy and pool nutrient water.The values of digestive enzyme activity in eutrophic water are lowest,protease activities of stomach and intestine in eutrophic water are significantly lower than those in mesotrophy and pool nutrient water(p0.05).There is no significant differences in amylase activity of stomach and intestine in three nutritional level water(p0.05).GST activity values in eutrophic,mesotrophy and pool nutrient water are respectively 2.02,1.5 and 1.13,and there is significant differences between each other(p0.05).The Tilapia has a high algae control efficiency.The algae concentrations of eutrophic,mesotrophy and pool nutrient water without Tilapia are up to 949.4,964.2 and 1275.3 million cells/L,the algae concentrations of eutrophic,mesotrophy and pool nutrient water with Tilapia are down to 82.8,83.6 and 81.5 million cells/L.
