| Abstract: | The equip status and future planning of the fixed oil spill equipment depots at home and abroad are summarized.The essentiality of the floating oil spill equipment depot is expounded.Several rudiment watercrafts of the floating oil spill equipment depot are introduced and the key problems are discussed. |
