| 摘 要： | 科技投入的力度决定了国家自主创新能力的强弱,关系到国际竞争力的提升.利用山东省1996-2006年研发投入数据,通过构建C-D生产函数与GM(1,N)模型,探讨山东省政府科技投入对企业科技研发的影响,并根据研究结果对目前研发投入体系中普遍存在的问题进行分析,提出了相应的对策建议. |

| Abstract: | Independent creation was determined by science and technology input.In this text,the authors set up C-D production fuctiona and GM(1,N),making use of science and technology input data of Shandong from 1996 to 2006,which were used to study how the government science and technology input impacts on the business science and technology input.According to the study results,several universal problems in science and technology input could be analyzed and proper suggestions were raised. |
