| 摘 要： | 本文通过介绍香港地铁在气象灾害防范及制定热带气旋、雷电、大雾、高温应急处理预案的做法和经验,提出了国内城市轨道交通应开展气象灾害防范设计、进行灾害辨识及风险评估、建立气象监测预警系统和制定气象灾害应急预案。

| Abstract: | The methods and experience of preventing weather calamity of Hongkong metro are introduced,and the emergency disposal preparedness of tropical cyclone,thunder,fog and high temperature are elaborated.Using the experience of Hongkong for reference,China should adopt the following measures:carrying out weather calamity prevention planning,conducting calamity judgment and risk evaluation,building the forecast and monitor system,drawing up weather calamity emergency preparedness. |
