废TFT-LCD面板中主要元素溶出特性

摘    要:以废TFT-LCD面板破碎料为研究对象,在使用XRF(X射线荧光光谱分析仪)分析其主要元素组成以及采用ICP-AES测试不同酸体系下主要元素浓度的基础上,研究了不同酸体系下主要元素的溶出特性. 结果表明:废TFT-LCD面板由Si、Al、Sr和In等10余种元素组成,其主要组成元素在不同酸体系下的溶出特性存在明显差异,这与其赋存形态有密切关系. In在各种酸体系下溶出浓度变化较小,为283~306 mgL. Fe的溶出特性与In相似,是主要伴随离子. Al和Sr易在浓盐酸体系下溶出. As在含有浓硝酸的体系下溶出率较高,最高溶出率为100%,而在无浓硝酸体系下的溶出率最低值仅为293%. Zn、Ti、Cu、Sn和Cr在各酸体系下的溶出浓度均较低(均低于1 mgL),不宜回收.

Abstract:The leaching properties of the main elements in shredded particles of waste TFT-LCD panels were studied based on the main elemental composition analyzed by the XRF(X-ray fluorescence analyzer) technique,and the elemental concentration tested by the ICP-AES technique under different acid systems.The results showed that more than ten kinds of elements,including Si,Al,Sr,In,etc,were the main components of the waste TFT-LCD panels.The dissolution properties of these elements were significantly different under different acid systems,which were related to the forms of existence of the elements.The dissolution property of In changed little under different acid systems(2.83-3.06 mgL).Fe showed similar properties to In,and Fe was the main accompanying ion.Al and Sr were easily dissolved out under concentrated hydrochloric acid.The dissolution rate of As(100%) in concentrated nitric acid was higher than in the other leaching systems.However,the leaching rate of As was extremely low-only about 2.93%-in the absence of nitric acid.It was very difficult to dissolve out Zn,Ti,Cu,Sn and Cr.Their concentrations were lower than 1 mgL under all acid systems,and were not suitable for recovery.
