| 摘 要： | 针对玉米酒精厂排出的酒精糟液温度高、含有大量细小悬浮颗粒和胶体微粒、COD值高及酸性大的特点,在pH值3～4条件下,选取四大类絮凝剂进行实验。其中以酯基阳离子双子表面活性剂和生物制剂复合作为酸性废液絮凝剂具有很好的效果。处理后的清液无毒可进行回用及利用。处理工艺简单,节省蒸发设备,降低生化处理负荷,为酒精糟液后处理工艺的节能减排改造提供参考。
