| 摘 要： | 培养和造就具有创新意识,能发挥创新作用,解决疑难问题的人才是环境保护工作的当务之急。思想解放、理论创新,是引导社会前进的强大力量。目前,环保工作软件供给远远不能满足市场需求,从深层次看,关键是环保人才资源严重匮乏。所以,环境保护创新人才培养势在必行。
