Based on biological planning, the symbiosis of man and environment is discussed too, by giving prominence to the sustainable development of aquatic ecosystem resources and environmental protection, advocating that such planning should go deep into the eombination with the need of epoch, and caring of problems of the symbiosis of man and environment in concrete planning, |
