| 摘 要： | 四川汶川大地震为保险业提出了新的挑战.有效发展保险市场,提高对地震进行风险防范、风险识别、风险衡量、风险处理的能力和水平,是我国保险业未来发展的重要任务之一,本文通过对国外地震保险发展现状的比较,分析我国地震保险本身和政府地震保险制度两个层面存在的问题,并提出我国在汶川地震发生后加强地震保险制度建设的一些建议.

| Abstract: | Wenchuan earthquake provides a new challenge to insurance in China.It is one of the most important tasks to effectively develop insurance market,improve the insurance precaution,identification,measurement and dealing abilities against earthquakes.After comparisons and contrasts between earthquake insurances in and out of China,the current problems are analyzed in two aspects,and some suggestions are put forward to improve the insurance system against earthquakes. |
