旅游者购物介入研究——以黄山市国内旅游者为例

摘    要:以黄山市国内旅游者为例,在问卷调查的基础上,对旅游者的购物介入水平进行了测量,并将测量结果与国外相关研究结果进行了比对。研究发现,在旅游购物业中存在"2—8法则",即约有80%的旅游者属于中、高购物介入水平,20%属于低购物介入水平。

Abstract:This paper took domestic tourists of Huangshan City as a case study and conducted a quantitative research on tourists' shopping in- volvement and compared the results with related research findings abroad.It suggested that there was a "law of 2- 8" in the tourism shopping indus- try_ There. were 80% of the tourist belormed to the mid- hi~_h shoo~in~ involved, and the left 20% belonged to low shopping involvement.
