| 摘 要： | 在油泥、浮渣的实际处理中，因其脱水困难造成含水率较高。为减少污染物的数量，减小二次污染，降低含水率，洛阳分公司经过不断探索，积累了一定的经验,解决了油泥、浮渣难已机械脱水的难题。

| Abstract: | High water content of the oil-bearing sludge scum is due to difficulty of its dewater in its commercial treatment. In order to decrease quantity of the pollutant, reduce second pollution and fall its water content, difficulty of mechanical dewater has been solved, since Luoyang Branch explored continuously for it and accumulated some of experience. |
