生物活性磷在氯碱总厂污水处理中的应用

摘    要:为了改善氯碱总厂污水处理系统磷酸盐吸收效率不高的状况,在该系统中投加了美国PROBIOTIC SOLUTIONS公司生产的生物活性磷Super Phos。结果表明:生物活性磷能以1/8—1/10的浓度取代系统原来投加的KH2PO4。投加生物活性磷后,微生物对磷的吸收效率提高,出水总磷降低:系统的CODcr、BODs、氨氮去除效率同使用前相比不变或略有提高:二沉池中的污泥沉降性能及污泥活性提高,原生动物种群增多。因此,生物活性磷完全具有取代磷酸、磷酸盐类作为磷营养添加剂的趋势,并且表现出了其他磷酸盐类所不具有的优势。

Abstract:The experiment applied Super Phos provided by Probiotic Solutions from U.S.A., aiming at improving adsorption efficiency of phosphate to the sewage treatment system of Shanghai Chloralkailne Plant. The results indicated that Super Phos could substitute KH2PO4 with a ratio of 1/8-1/10. The adsorption efficiency of phosphorus by microbes improved in the system with Super Phos while the outlet TP decreased. In the new system, the removal efficiency of the water quality indexes, such as CODCr- BOD and NH3-N improved a little and the MLSS and sludge activity also improved in the secondary sedimentation tank, and protozoan population increased. So the Super Phos has expressed the trend and superiority of substituting the normal phosphate in wastewater treatment.
