| 摘 要： | 综述了我国环境监测方法标准体系的发展历程和现状,分析了环境监测方法标准在数量和内容及技术水平等方面不能满足环境管理需要、方法标准体系不健全、科学性有待提高等问题,提出加强环境监测方法标准的顶层设计、构建天地一体化的环境监测方法标准体系、实行动态管理并加强质控、加强监测科研借鉴国际经验等发展构想。

| Abstract: | The development history and current situation of the standard system of environmental monitoring method in China is summarized in this paper. And then the problems that standards of environmental monitoring method cannot meet needs of environmental management in terms of quantity, content and technical level, the standard system is incomplete, and the scientificalness should be improved, are analyzed. Finally, the development conception including enhancing the top-level design of standards of environmental monitoring method, establishing the standard system for integrated space-ground environmental monitoring methods, implementing dynamic management and quality control, strengthening quality control and research, and drawing on international experience etc, are proposed. |
