摘    要:采用电催化氧化法对维尼纶废水进行处理,可实现达标排放。在自制的电催化氧化装置中进行了电极电催化氧化性能研究,结果表明,在相同的处理条件下,负载中间层+活性层的电极处理效果优于只负载中间层或活性层的电极;电极最佳负载成分为:Sn/Sb摩尔比为1;活性层Ru摩尔百分比为35%;中间层负载量为0.5g,即负载12次;活性层负载量为0.48g,即负载15次。

Abstract:The wastewater of vinylon can discharge with reaching the national standard by using electrocatalysis oxidation electrode method. The research on performances of electroeatalysis oxidation electrode is conducted. The results revealed that the effect of combining both loading interlayer and active layer is better than the effect of loading interlayer and active layer merely under the same treatment condition. The molar rate of the best loading components with Sn/Sb is 1, and the molar percentage of Ru in the active layer is 35% , the loading amount of the interlayer is 0. 5g, which is 12 times, and the loading amount of the active layer is 0. 48g, which is 15 times.
