矿山斜井轨道运输跑车事故风险分析

摘    要:本应用风险分析方法中的事故树分析法,对矿山斜井轨道运输跑车事故发生的原因进行分析,并在此基础上进行风险评价。根据现实的各种约束,提出了可行的消除危险或减小风险的安全建议和措施。在机械设备运行阶段能够最大限度地保护操作,使设备系统达到可接受的最高安全水平。

Abstract:By applying the principle of the Fault Tree Analysis, the present paper has analyzed direct and in direct causes of mining accidents and made the corresponding assessments on the mining risks. The paper has also put forward the practical suggestions and feasible measures on how to minimize the risks likely to happen and eventually eliminate them by taking necessary prevention and protection measures, including the analysis of the likely to be unsafe conditions of the machinery equipment and improper design, environmental control and human behaviors. The other factors influencing the safety of the mining operation and management have also been discussed and taken into consideration. And, finally, countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the safety management, such as the establishment, strengthening and permeation of the due rules and regulations are made to enhance the self safety operation and the sense of responsibility of the system controllers, managers and administrators, which will make the present research an important reference to the accident and risk precaution.
