次氯酸钙法处理发泡剂生产废水

摘    要:采用废漂白液(次氯酸钙)处理发泡剂偶氮二甲酰胺生产废水。废水pH为8~9时,加入质量分数3%~5%的漂白液和1‰PAM絮凝剂,反应2h,沉淀澄清。实验室试验中COD去除率为88%,工业处理试验中COD平均由626mg/L降为105mg/L,去除率为83.2%。该法工艺简单,以废治废,费用低,处理效果好。

Abstract:Waste bleaching liquid (calcium hypochlorite) was used in the treatment of azodicarbonamide wastewater. When the wastewater pH was 8 - 9, the dosage of bleaching liquid was 3% - 5% and that of flocculating agent PAM was 0.1%, the reaction time was 2 h and then the sedimentation was carried out, the removal rate of COD in laboratory was 88 % and that in practical production was 83.2 % , reduced from 626 mg/ L to 105 mg/L.The process is characterized by simplicity,low cost and good efficiency.
