| 摘 要： | 采用废漂白液(次氯酸钙)处理发泡剂偶氮二甲酰胺生产废水。废水pH为8～9时，加入质量分数3％～5％的漂白液和1‰PAM絮凝剂，反应2h，沉淀澄清。实验室试验中COD去除率为88％，工业处理试验中COD平均由626mg／L降为105mg／L，去除率为83．2％。该法工艺简单，以废治废，费用低，处理效果好。

| Abstract: | Waste bleaching liquid (calcium hypochlorite) was used in the treatment of azodicarbonamide wastewater. When the wastewater pH was 8 - 9, the dosage of bleaching liquid was 3% - 5% and that of flocculating agent PAM was 0.1%, the reaction time was 2 h and then the sedimentation was carried out, the removal rate of COD in laboratory was 88 % and that in practical production was 83.2 % , reduced from 626 mg/ L to 105 mg/L.The process is characterized by simplicity,low cost and good efficiency. |
